libgnatcoll-sqlite1.6-dev software package provides GNATColl, general purpose Ada library (SQLite), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgnatcoll-sqlite1.6-dev
libgnatcoll-sqlite1.6-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgnatcoll-sqlite1.6-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgnatcoll-sqlite1.6-dev *
You will get with libgnatcoll-sqlite1.6-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
